I think the biggest issue is that pretty much all the bounties are associated with getting kills in some fashion. They need to re-work the bounties - with capping so many points or something of that nature. It will be harder with IB playlists rotating now, but I think that's the biggest issue right now. The Bounties are to kill focused.
