Each to their own, I hated the battle born beta so I assume overwatch is similar.
Doom has been the most care free gaming fun I've had in a long time.
No grinding for rng drops, no min/max -blam!-ing around with builds, no idiots with stupid requirements because the game is a job not a hobby.
Love it, I yell out loud when I chop someone in half and get showered in ammo.

Overwatch is nothing like Battleborn. Overwatch is more casual.

Not sure about that. Seems much more competitive from what I've played.

Anyone can just pick up Overwatch and get kills unlike in Battleborn.

Editado por Kankunation: 5/19/2016 2:06:32 AMGet kills, sure, but most of those are just assists. Kills also do not matter in Overwatch. If you are focused on kills, you're doing it wrong. The true test is playing the objective and synchronizing with your team perfectly, something that a casual player will not be able to do and thus will lose most of their matches. The game also requires you to understand the enemy team's composition as well, and to switch characters given each scenario. A casual player would only stick with one character at a time and would almost never switch, which again would likely lead to a loss. There is a very complex balance with the characters that makes every one have specific strengths and weaknesses. It requires good understanding, good teamwork and map and character knowledge, on top of your typical shooter skills. Its already set up for Esports play, unlike Battleborn which will likely never be considered for Esports given its design. It might seem very casual friendly on the outside, but casuals will never get very far in a match. Unless they actually include a deathmatch gamemode, but of course They wont, and for good reason.

Interesting

Battleborn was very different from Overwatch.

I'll have to have a look then, on the surface they looked like the same thing.

I thought the same thing until I played both of them.
