If you don't even have a Titan then you shouldn't really be able to comment. Shoulder charge is part of the Striker's strong neutral game. It may seem like people just run around shoulder charging people with impunity but I assure you it's not that easy. More often than not a shoulder charge is a death sentence against a competent team.
You should delete one of your Warlocks and make a Titan and go around trying to shoulder charge everyone. You'll soon see that it's not as easy as it looks. Next time you're in a game and see someone shoulder charging check their KD after the game, I guarantee they've had their fair share of deaths as well.
