Welcome to episode 8 of the #destinytruthcast where you the community join us in talking all things Bungie and Destiny. Today we've gone global as both our guests, [b]KnghtsXB[/b] and[b] ill skillz 1881[/b], hail from the UK.

As we've said before, when we started this, the idea was to give the everyday player a chance to do something special and have their voice heard by the rest of the community. Going in I had hopes for what it could be, but even I never imagined the way in which it has humanized our forum experience as we meet new Guardians and get to know the voices behind the names.
Once again thank-you to Knights and skillz for joining us today and we thank-you for listening and participating on the forums. As always, if you'd like to be on a future podcast, message us and let us know your thoughts on the game and what you think would be an important topic to come on and discuss. That was a good one. Sols, I especially liked your statements on the "panic nerf". I completely agree that Bungie jumped the gun by nerfing weapons early on instead of giving players the chance to evolve and trusting in their creation. It has definitely been more hurtful than helpful to the game play.

3 RespostasWell I agree with you and love the idea of legendary kiosks I also have ideas how we could make snipeing more diffcuilt. I personally think a bad map design too meny wide open spaces which are easy to snipe in and the only way to flank them is to run up the other sniper lane it is just not on, I still find myself being quicker scoped and although I can get the drop on them my Mida has been nerf so I can no longer kill them before they can head shot me it's the first time I've said they nerf the gun and taken out it's usefulness now I use auto and pulse rifes and I still get them down to 35 % health and blam head shot before I can melt them and those are the ones I got the drop on. 2 frames is nothing that's like 0.25 of a second more plus I find that they now move left to right and still blam my head off which I think is not on, if your moving while scoped the scope should be allover the place. Atleast fusion guns are useful again I can hip fire them and it hit and kill but lag some times mean I loss the fight. I actaully prefer them landing without speaical atleast this made it even up until speaical came in, also I would like to thank the nerf on dot at least it's not so much a killer now.

Only thing is, If they were to make it so, Would it only be raid weapons or all purple and will that be possible? Because there are a lot if them and if you add in upgrading blues to purples..whooo those numbers. idk how it would work but I hope they think about doing it, and if they do, put the time into in to make it good. I really want to see custom guardian maps in one of these destiny games. Idk about it happening in destiny 2 but I'd be sick if they did and had it where you could pop in and test it out with some guardian bots Edit: Rip prince, wearing purple In honor of him if anyone wants join. Its crazy because we are from the same city and side if the city (Minneapolis MN, north side) and he knows my grandma and two of my aunts. Never met him.

Production values are on point .... also starting to enjoy that sad arse opening tune .... mostly cos Barbieri fake frettless bass riff ... true ;)

2 RespostasI think I saw someone on this thread mentioning that a really good way to do a Legendary Kiosk would be to implement a Raid gear kiosk. I think that is a fantastic idea. Raid weapons/gear perks are pretty much set (though I think armor stat perks vary). That would eliminate the confusion of "what RNG roll would I get from a Kiosk Legendary".
