How do I convince my friend to switch to Xbox?
He's been playing on PS since he was little, he's currently saving up to switch from PS3 to PS4. I met him last year on swim team and since then we've become really good friends. He's the only guy I can nerd out with at school about gaming, we understand each other's jokes, etc., and he's pretty cool when we talk about general stuff as well. We hang out pretty often and play video games together, but he's never seen the appeal in Xbox. And with Division coming out soon, I'd think it'd be fun to have him in my squad. But I can't convince him. What do Offtopites?

4 RespostasI'm going to get some seriously salty flak for this. Xbox live has way better firewalls, way better servers, way better connection, and is way more stable. Sony has absolutely awful firewalls as evident because multiple times the entire service totally dies. That never happens on Xbox. Oh, and Sony lost thousands upon thousands of people's personal information. Guess who didn't? Microsoft didn't.

Well as a PS player the only thing that's made me want to play on Xbox has been the small exclusives like Rivals of Aether (look it up) and Speed Runners. Maybe show him that? Also I have to inquire (I'm so intellectual) why not get a ps4? You could be the one to make the switch. Edit* Halo 5 multiplayer looks fun.

Edit: I'm a PS player and if there is one thing besides Xbox One exclusives that could make me get a Xbox One, it's the stupid fact that Sony doesn't allow name changes. I realize for many people and maybe your friend too this isn't a a problem, I just had to let it out.
