Other than that you are going to need all other items around 298-300, work on the 300 relic if you don't already have it, Ghost shells are a pain as you have to be lucky, I have a 296 one from general play but you can get higher drops.

I have 3 300s and alot of 298 gear just the ghost letting me down

Yeah I just checked your gear, basically you need to average 300 over all your stuff, so add it all up and divide by 10 and you find your average, basically if you have say 3 300 items and 1 310 item you can only afford for all your other items to total 10 less light. Hope that helps.

You're welcome, feel free to ask any questions, I suggest court using your own ruins for better Ghosts, Other than that you want 298 and 299 gear mostly.
