What is the best hand cannon

For me it's The Devil You Know. It was my very first legendary and also the first weapon I ascended to 365. No other hand canon in the game handles like it. An absolute beast in crucible.

Pve? Fatebringer Pvp? Depends on who you talk to. TLW and thorn are certainly top picks for most

I have TLW, Thorn, and Hawkmoon, Hawkmoons my favorite, haven't even lvled TLW completely. But I've been using scouts in pvp recently, bored of hand cannons.

Crucible: There is the Last Word. And then there is everything else. PvE: Lots of good choices. The ones I used the most were TFWPKY, Red Hand, and Word of Crota.
