Can someone confirm if year 1 raids are now pointless.
Ok, so you've go the Mythoclast and you've got the Nechrocasm VoG stays at level 30 and TDB at 33.
Do you bother doing them?
Shame seeing as VoG is STILL the best PvE element of the game. I know it will expanded, but when. When we will get harder modes, what will these modes drop, will I be able to two hit Crota when I'm a level 40?
Don't let these raids go to waste Bungie, still give us reason to play them.
Edit: I still plan to help friends get stuff from them, but I can see a lot of people not wanting to bother if some weapons are pointless in year 2.
Edit: Yes they're fun I still enjoy them, but there isn't an incentive.

Yes 35 POE will be easier but that is because you will be doing max dam not going in under leveled. Same with the raids, they seem a lot easier because you are no longer under leveled for the activity. I call this making things fake difficult, they have done it with every end game activity so far. But to answer you question. I think the raids will still be a really good place to get legendary weapons. You will then be able to use these weapons to ascend your newer weapons to max power. I could be totally wrong (it would not be the first time) but that is my thoughts on it.
