As a Thorn user since week 5 of Destiny I can say that it is an amazing weapon to wield, but in the case of it needing nerfed, there should be no argument. It's a gun that you have to get by chance, then you have to complete/ grind for in order to get the gun. Thus this gun should be slightly better than the rest. When this gun is in Crucible non-stop it just comes down to having to the necessary skill to kill the opponent. Just cause it's an over used weapon doesn't mean you should whine and complain about it needing nerfed... I use this gun a lot in PvP and I die a lot while using this weapon.. So in reality it just comes down to the skill that you need in order to kill your opponent.

I agree. I've been saying the same thing. I smash on Thorn users all the time in crucible. If you're getting rekt in PVP, it's because you suck. No amount of nerfing can undo the fact that people don't know how to play the game--don't know the maps--don't know how to use the radar--have slow twitch reaction time--That all comes with practice. People would rather cry and have the game broken for those of us who put in the time to become effective players and find the good gear.

True.. Cause people will start complaining about the last word, read death, and bad juju cause those people also require skill to kill since those weapons are just as good as thorn

That is what it all comes down too. People that do not want to practice and work the game to improve. That is what has kept me playing Destiny. If you want to excel you have to practice. You have to improve your technique. To me Thorn is a symbol of accomplishment not a advantage in PVP. As I mentioned in my above post. I get killed a lot in PVP by players that are just better at PVP, but I pay attention to what and how they do things so I can get better.
