1. Don't have a problem with them, as long as they don't have a problem with me.
2. Yup.
3. Yup.
4. No unfortunately. I don't hold any hostility towards them in the slightest but they're still essentially the same gender as me, and I'm not homosexual.
5. I wouldn't appreciate being lied to if I'm being perfectly honest. I'd probably call the relationship into question.
6. Wouldn't really care.
Transgender meaning that their gender (what they perceive themselves as) does not match what sex they are (what's in between their legs).
Just because they perceive themselves as the opposite gender does not make them so. Genitals are genitals.

You're using the incorrect terminology, so you don't understand the subject, I believe, well enough to form an opinion. And yes, genitals are genitals. I've also already been over that in this thread too.
Biologically, the tissue they use is exactly the same between males and females anyway. Hell, the clitoris is literally just a smaller glans penis. Or rather, strictly speaking, the glans penis is just a larger clitoris. If you have straight sex with a girl, you're technically screwing an inverted penis/scrotum. Same vice versa.

Transgender is the state of one's gender identity (self-identification as woman, man, neither or both) not matching one's assigned sex (identification by others as male, female or intersex based on physical/genetic sex).
I don't believe I am. They're not considered the opposite sex until they've undergone transsexual surgery. Sorry, but a dude's a dude. I don't particularly want to become sexually intimate with the same gender regardless of their apparel/appearance. Call me shallow, homophobic, chauvinistic, but I do not want to partake in sexual contact with another man. Again nothing against them personally, but I'm not a homosexual.
I don't believe I am. They're not considered the opposite sex until they've undergone transsexual surgery.
Actually, it depends where you live. Plus, you completely disregarded the fact that transgendered people's brains, for all intents and purposes, are those of their believed gender. That's what gender mostly pertains to. If someone is transgender, chances are that in their head, they actually are that gender. Problems arise because the body doesn't match due to drastic hormonal changes during two critical periods of gestation.
Sorry, but a dude's a dude.
Define "dude" without bringing chromosomes or genitals into it.
