Bungie themselves have not hinted toward this. It would be nice but don't take it as what is happening. All they have said is that their will be a light increase and something new to do in pve. This is community speculation and should be taken as such. Speculation should be treated carefully especially with this communities tendency to take every bit of speculation as fact despite Bungie never saying anything to that effect and getting pissed when it doesn't turn out that's what they were doing.
