VRAM leakage problem

As you may already know, the game has a VRAM leakage problem. After 1h ~ 1h30 of playtime, the game starts to stutter, and if you keep playing, it starts stuttering a lot. This is a problem that has already been reported here on the forum. Is this a problem that will be addressed on tomorrow's hotfix? I'm worried that we'll need to keep restarting the game during day one of the new raid. Thanks in advance.

Read about it, see if it's for you. https://www.ghostarrow.com/how-to-increase-performance-fps-on-pc-games This is the official site and it's a great program. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/intelligent-standby-list-cleaner-v1000-released I have a Gigabyte RTX 2060 oc +175 Core/+1100 Men Ryzen 3700x and 32 GB of 3200 MHz Ram. Works great for me and I can leave my game running in for days at a time and just log back in for the home screen and have no issues.

  • It’s really bad and they haven’t even addressed it. I’m literally restarting every 3-4 hours. Never had this problem prior to which queen.

  • I think dmg4 replied to someone they were looking into it but if I had to guess don't expect a fix till halfway through the season at least

  • This has been a problem since 2019. As far as I can tell in my research they have NEVER EVER addressed the problem or acknowledged it. I can't find a single forum post, tweet or reddit comment that has ever been made by bungie or anyone on the team acknowledging or trouble shooting it. I really wish I knew before buying the witch queen/ 30th bundle that Bungie has ZERO support available. With every hotfix the problem seems to be getting worse and worse.

  • This game eats all 11 GB of VRAM after 2 hours, but even in the first our it gets to like 6 GB and the stutter is unbearabl, especially when there's a lot of stuff happening on the screen. Should we expect the "Bungie way", so not even 1 aknowledge and a lot of fixes that ruin QoL or no one cares about? (even though dmg04 stated unofficially "Team's digging on this issue! We'll provide updates when possible, likely from @BungieHelp")

  • Hotfix is now out and nothing even remotely related to PC is mentioned. I'm getting so tired of this 0 acknowledgment crap with Bungie.

    • Yes, it's quite frustrating. I have to restart the game once an hour because it stutters and the VRAM is used up. GF RTX 2060. OC.
