Yes, it's quite frustrating. I have to restart the game once an hour because it stutters and the VRAM is used up. GF RTX 2060. OC.

  • EVGA RTX2080 card user here and I have also been experiencing issues recently of Destiny completely crashing my PC out of nowhere. As in the game locks up, sound cuts out, screen goes black and my PC reboots itself. It's extremely annoying and I'm concerned the crashes and reboots will have a poor effect on my PC's hardware. I was excited to try the new raid but with this problem, I'm afraid I might have to uninstall Destiny.

  • Radeon RX580 4GB here. Then it's not AMD specific. Thanks for sharing.

  • @Tinoco Yes, many have this problem, no matter what graphics card, even the new generations of graphics cards have this problem. The problem is reproducible and there is definitely a VRAM memory leak. The more you travel to any planet or activity, the faster the VRAM usage increases. A visit to the tower then gives the VRAM the rest. Pretty annoying and with this bug you can't play longer activities, like the raid, without restarting the game in between. Furthermore, I find the PC performance generally worse than before the expansion.
