Hoping this is a known glitch maybe but I’m super co concerned after purchasing it when it first came as a bundle and up until today I’ve been playing it with no issues?

2 RepliesFor me, the solution was actually that the card that I used to buy it originally was not in use anymore, so it refunded the purchase, so the solution was just getting it again with the card I now use. Hope this helps.

Microsoft just billed for Witch Queen. Go into your purchase history and make sure that it shows as "Complete." If it shows anything else, reach out to Microsoft and determine what was the problem. If it shows complete, try restoring your licenses following this page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content If that did not help, you will need to work with Microsoft/Xbox support to determine why your license is not longer being applied and how to fix it. They control your license and not Bungie. It should be noted that several players are experiencing this on Xbox and likely is an indication of other issues with their store

Same here, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it to see if anything happened and now Microsoft is saying I never preordered it and I guess I’m out 100$ so that’s cool…..

4 RepliesBro same issue... I did what mods or whatever on these damned forums have been telling me and Microsoft is giving me quite the headache. My issue has yet to be resolved. I feel like I just got robbed and everyone is turning a blind eye.

Well you know what I mean Edit: now this doesn’t help the fact that the 30th pack has been having trouble installing on my Xbox/refusing to install tho I’ve been able to play it till now. The 30th pack keeps telling me there’s an issue with my connection???? And every time I go to install it stops.

Could be a bug. It’s happened to me before. Check the timeline in the directory and see if they say “owned”

1 ReplyI have a theory so speculation inbound: You ever notice there’s a bug or glitch when new DLC is released? Then they fix it. But the next time they drop new content, that old bug rears it’s ugly head and you’re like,” They fixed this why is it happening again?” I think there’s multiple iterations they work on and exist at any given time. So while they fixed that bug in the “live” version, they didn’t go back to fix it on the WIP version. Then the WIP goes live and b00m! Bug back So what if the “permissions/access” have to be transferred to the newest build release? And that takes time But it’s happened to me several times, only to disappear a few hours down the line
