  • Same Problem here. At First i saw, Yeah really. It was not rebilled. Because i didnt Write back. So. My fault. Yesterday i bought Or again. This Time Deluxe Edition without 30th (i cant even buy it again because in the Store ist says i own this) So. After wasting a lot of money (still no seasonpass or nothing). Am I going to get my money back? Or at least the content I payed for? And no. I don’t want to talk to another support for a problem which should exist at all because it’s the First BASIC principle of buying something. I pay. You deliver.

  • I did this. Called Xbox support. They basically told me I need to buy the DLC again. Uninstalled.

  • In many cases that is the way to fix the issue. Microsoft's preorder policy is that they do not charge until 10 days before launch, so many players assumed it was paid for at the time of the order only to get the message now.

    Thank you for your response, yes this was what had happened to me and I’m all set for WQ but I have noticed a few others with outliers slightly different as well.

  • I know I wasn't charged back then just making sure it won't charge me twice if I pre-order it now...like it won't for some reason charge me on the 22nd will it?

  • Your best bet is to contact Xbox support for verification. They may still be trying to process your earlier payment. Support can confirm if that is the case and the best course of action to prevent double charges

  • I just bought it and charged me right away. So if I'm double charged I'll contact them. I remember beyond light charging me around the week it came out and I didn't have to pre-order it again so I was confused. I'm guessing the pre-orders were just lost for some reason. I don't think I'll be double charged though.
