Halo infinite is going to tank the PVP population.
The game will survive, but it's clear that a lot of people are looking for something new.
With Halo infinite being free-to-play, a lot of people are going to drop this game for something better

Full of pvp cry hards who take it to seriously. It is aa casual as it gets.

Bungie's ability to make you feel like an individual through cosmetics is amazing. I like having my own unique titan. No other game currently matches that kind of personality in pvp. Nobody wants to play the new COD's The division tried, but pvp in that game is horrible. But with halo infinite having customizable armor sets and various other unlockables, it's pretty much a done deal for me.

Neat. I was gonna get the game cause well its halo anyways. But it's nice to hear they are giving some aspect of the game for free.

Yup yup. Given that the multiplayer is going to have a dedicated seasonal model and 343's renown dev support/transparency, it could likely retain millions more players than Destiny's crucible ever could.

Not to mention balance of things and the maps will actually feel like they had effort put in them instead of just one big circle
