Horizontal guillotines work better because the one being executed isn’t expecting it, just have the blade pushed from behind. Also if you’re being pinned down, I’d say you’re leaning pretty far forward.

If you need to cut off someone’s head from a horizontal angle, why are you using anythiny but a buzzsaw launcher?

It is less energy efficient because you have to spin the buzz saw in order for it to cut well.

Buzz saws are made to be spinning. The launcher would have to spin it; instead with a horizontal guillotine all you need is something heavy, and a guillotine blade
