Don’t tell me you’re using 500 guns in rotation. You’re hoarding. There are things in that vault that probably hasn’t seen daylight since you’ve put it in there.

 • It’s true. They won’t admit it. But it’s true. I was shocked at the level of trash I was hoarding. I just keep my personal faves of my favorite guns and shard the rest.

 •
I just keep my personal faves of my favorite guns and shard the rest.
That could be seen as trash by others 🤷‍♂️

 • Yup. Which is why it’s everyone’s personal opinion and discretion what we do with our vault. Only thing I can share is best practices. If someone wants to do something different than that, then that’s on them.

 • Same. And it seems like every one of my friends agree that 500 is well moe than enough vault space. My vault consist of some weapons I keep for memory sake, some weapons that I use in rotation, some weapons I’m unsure if I should shard because it has a decent roll, some trash weapons I keep on forgetting to get rid of, a bunch of duplicate armor with different rolls from all 3 classes and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff like gambit tokens and what not and I still have room to spare.

 • Well we are talking about a subjective matter so there isn’t a “truth” but in my experience the majority opinion is that 500 is plenty of vault space.

 • I agree, 500 is plenty space for me, even in borderlands I never need a full vault, doesn’t mean I’m gonna be a -blam!- and begrudge others of more space lol

 • I’m not begrudging anyone. I’m just saying that I bet there are items in OP’s vault that he hasn’t touched or even remembers since the day he left it there. In my opinion, if this is true, it isn’t a matter of needing vault space, more so a matter of wanting vault space.

 • Only time I keep a less than optimal roll is if it’s the only version I have, then once it’s replaced. Probably gonna do a sweep through the vault later go get things set up.

 • I have a habit of throwing any somewhat decent roll into the vault.. and then dismantle them a few months later lol

 • Of course it’s an opinion, what else would it be?

 • I commend you for not coming back with some half assed argument trying to defend against it being an opinion. For that i thank you.
