I've never used loot caves, they defeat the purpose.

If nothing else they help you with the MATS for your character. I did a couple of loot cave runs with my Lock, and I have 400+ Hardonic Resonances, but my Titan I am stuck at level 29, because I cant get any Plasteel Platings !!!!!! That is the only reason I want the loot cave. Running the Strikes are fine, but they take a lot of time.
