funny thing is, 100% of people new what you were talking about by the fist of panic. shoulder charge is also OP. ONe hit melee? shouldn't other classes get that too?

If you take away shoulder charge, take away blink shotgun. Same thing really, except it's harder to counter blink shotgun. Also, most Titans will probably understand this, I use SC as a movement ability and less of an attack.

Warlocks also get a shield too now that I think about it. Just by hitting people. And Titan's Shoulder Charge isn't as bad as you think. I've countered Shoulder Charge SOOO many times by shotgunning them or beaming them with a Fusion Rifle and hell a sniper rifle makes quick deaths for many Shoulder Charging Titans. I don't normally Shoulder Charge too often though but I guess it's a counter too Titan's VERY short range melee while Warlocks and Hunters have a longer range melee attack.
