Nova Bomb has a slight charge up animation, leaving the Warlock vulnerable and open to counterattack. Fist of Panic doesn't have any of that.

Don't get your panties in a jumble. You can say what you want.... Average Hunter's turn Gold Gun supers into 10+ kills in a PvP match.... What other supers can do that consistently? Maybe Nova Bomb, but definitely not Fist of Havoc.
