mentally unstable
Do here's the deal. I haven't exactly been happy for about a year and a half now, ever since I moved. Hasn't really gotten much better either. A couple weeks ago I began to suspect their was a deeper reason for my unhappiness, so of course I took to google. The symptoms I found matched pretty closely to Bipolar Disorder. So basically I self diagnosed myself with bipolarity and it would be great to get some sort of advice or something.
Edit: I know a self diagnoses on google is far from a legitimate basis for this, and I know my best option is to go to a doctor, but I'm just scared. Scared of what may happen, scared of legitimizing it.

Dont get ahead of yourself, breath. A doctor will either send you to a shrink or give you drugs, and from what ive seen sometimes both of those "treatments" arent much of a treatment at all. Look for positivity.

1 RispondiBipolarity involves biweekly mood changes. Without those it's likely just depression/anxiety/a manic-depressive disorder. I'd get checked out >.>

Don't self diagnose, go see a therapist for a proper diagnosis.

I've had my fair share of upss and downs. All you need to do is try to be happy. Try to find peoole that pick you up, someone that wants to help. I'm speaking from personal experience. I've been through a lot of crap. A certain user here helped me through some hardships and whatnot.

1 RispondiGo get a real diagnosis. Don't be scared, you're not alone. Once you are diagnosed there are variety of things they can do to help. Don't worry, we're all here for you :)

1 RispondiI don't really have the same problem But with my brothers passing I have really become angry, and the thought of fighting gets me excited and sweaty. My hands start shaking and I just want to fight the first black person I see or white it doesn't matter I just want to fight, With my brothers passing I've also looked to religions to help me, I keep hearing about all these mighty gods, and I wonder..Can I hunt them? And can I kill them? No just god would punish his people so, And it's time they faced punishment. I grow very restless at nights, I just want to explore, walk an walk and maybe climb. Maybe. What a strange life.

5 RisposteI'm guessing you're young if moving bothers you. So you are probably just going through a phase. Also what makes you think being bipolar makes you mentally unstable? And why do you think you have a bipolar disorder?
