I hate that at lvl 14 i can take bounties and so them, but I cant earn the marks For them until Im a higher level. I am understanding this correctly right? You take a bounty and complete it and get Vanguard rep and marks from it. After so many you get vanguard rep 1, 2, 3 and so on and marks add up as currency. But you don't get the currency until your a higher level. Thats frustrating, Ive done several bounties and not received a single mark for any of them, anyway that can be fixed?
