I have encountered a bug when equipping the Bloodstained Hood uncommon Hunter cloak to my character. The cloak appears to stretch sometimes 30 meters and gets stuck on a point in the environment. I have taken a screenshot and it can be viewed at the link. It has occurred in the all maps I've played including the Tower, Crucible, and Story. It sometimes returns to normal but occurs again shortly afterwards. Friends I'm playing with can also see my hood behave this way, but it appears on their screen when it is no longer happening on mine. My instagram is cyballer
