Twitch drop emblem issue
Have just checked the twitch drop after spending the last 1hr 40 watching Evan and the twitch drop is still sitting at 59min remaining

Twitch are responsible for tracking your time watched, any issues with it will need to go through their support. They are however unlikely to manually issue any time that wasn't recorded and you'll be sent back here but Bungie won't get involved.
