I completed the Vespers host dungeon today. Solo. Which is hard enough to do. Only to find that the game didn't award me the triumph because it momentarily DCed me and reconnected only to spawn me outside the boss room and wipe me due to the "turn back mechanic". Dungeon report acknowledges me as completing solo, but the D2 in game triumph does show as collected. What the hell Bungie??
