Vesper's Host exotic Bug
I have 170 clears of VH with all the exotic weapon boosts and i still don't have Ice breaker fix this bug or actually just give my account the weapon or something.

2 RisposteLooks like 98% of your clears were from attempting to farm it. And I got bad news. During Heresy it was bugged and wasn't farmable and now bungie has made it so you can only farm legendaries but not the exotic with the rotation being removed.
