Vesper's Host exotic Bug
I have 170 clears of VH with all the exotic weapon boosts and i still don't have Ice breaker fix this bug or actually just give my account the weapon or something.

They have no ability to give or take weapons away from accounts, or return/delete characters, so don't go expecting them to give it to you. Xur will eventually sell then
