Famine modifier not working with Guardian ranks
It's not counting on completion when using that modifier.
I tried:
- running without any armor mods, artifact perks, other modifiers (just famine), solo, fireteam, pinnacle ops, no special weapons, double special weapons, not picking up special ammo,
