Hi It's been the best part of a year and I still can't get the collectible puzzle to spawn in the heart room after the first encounter. I know the "Known Issues" section mentions it might already be completed and I should just claim it, but that's not the case. I can't complete a puzzle that doesn't spawn. I want the [i]Unleashed[/i] title but I'm literally locked out of it because I still can't complete the "Buried Secrets" triumph, which is the only one I have left. Has it just been completely forgotten? I still need it fixed. Thanks
