Osseous Fragment Bugged
Hello, I am stuck on step 6 out of 7 on the Dyadic Ascention. I am having a problem because I have collected 17 / 18 osseous fragments but can't find the last one. I have checked every room, looked up videos, and checked every spot one spawns. I seem to be soft locked and cannot progress the quest. Does anyone know what to do?

For our investigation, could you kindly record a video which demonstrates you visiting the osseous fragment locations, but the 18th one doesn't appear? Once you have footage, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and we'll review.
