Bug: Storm's Edge not working in Onslaught: Kell's Grave
In Kell's Grave, Storm's Edge will not work. The first half of the animation will play, with the knife getting thrown, but the player does not teleport to the knife, nor do the spin the knife around them. This only happens in the main Kell's Grave area, not in the mid-boss or boss rooms. I was in Onslaught: Playlist when I discovered this.
