Whispers of the Past, Pale Heart Secret Triumph Bugged?
Hey bungie, as someone who likes to go for all of the triumphs, is this secret triumph still bugged or am I doing something wrong? The two memories that I'm missing are the ones tied to adventures. One being in The Hollow Part 1 adventure and the other being in the Home Part 2 adventure. I've collected them both and finished the missions to completion and it doesn't seem to be counting towards the triumph. Is there any chance this can get addressed?
Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the issue as well, and I posted on the forum about it back in June. Someone commented on there as well back on 25 Nov and still nada. I get some things have a higher priority, but dang.
