2 RisposteI just read through the case file. The plaintiff will definitely have a chance with a jury trial. The only thing that they didn't have close similarity to is that the main antagonist in the plaintiff's story didn't kill off the protagonist's feckless 'leader' who was absolutely useless to the overall story, as Destiny 2 did. Outside that, there are too many similarities and parallels to ignore.
