Mementos can't be applied to crafted Optative.
I had a gambit memento, but was unable to apply it to my Optative hand cannon from the Season of the Wish reprised weapons. I had unlocked the pattern for Optative using Deepsight Resonators after the launch of The Final Shape. I am unsure what prevents me from applying a memento.
