When the final shape expansion got delayed PlayStation issued automatic refunds to people. Basically your purchase got refunded but you get to keep the pre order items. I would check your email to see if that is the case. If not try restoring licenses in your PlayStation settings.

Do you by chance know the date when the stuff was refunded?its alr if not ill just go hunting through my emails and bank statements.

Playstation gave a deadline of 12:00am PST 8th December 2023 for people to keep their preorders. So you'll want to look for an email from between the 27th of November to the 7th of December 2023 to see if you got that email about keeping the preorder. For the refunds, they began cancelling and refunding at the deadline so you'd want to check the few weeks after that PS support would be able to give the exact date your preorder was cancelled though
