Pre oredered final shape and got the items but did not get the dlc itself
I pre ordered the dlc but only got the items snd not any of the missions or raid's. No way i payed 50 bucks for a couple of exotic items right?

You'll want to check your platform store to see if it says owned or tells you to buy. If it tells you to buy then your preorder was one of the ones cancelled (they almost all were minus a few exceptions) Check with your bank to see if you were actually charged initially, and if you were but not refunded then speak to your platform support team.
