At least in mayhem I know I'll have my super to fight back with even if my team mates are 0.3 kd/a so I can have SOME amount of fun. This is like "mayhem but only for the people who are being fed so they can win even more." What makes it SO much worse is that apparently you let an intern pick the maps for the mode, thinking somehow that -blam!- like Cauldron is a suitable arena for 12 players. I think about half of my deaths in IB overall are being spawn killed, and about half of those are by supers. Delete this trash mode forever.
