Extremely low FPS during cutscenes
Since launching Destiny 2 with the epic games store, I have encountered a problem where my cutscenes play at around 1 FPS. This also makes it so I can't skip them. Previously I didn't have any problems with performance.

2 RisposteThis is actually a known thing, but Bungie doesn't really care because they're forced to lock cutscenes at 30 FPS because of last gen consoles (Xbox one and PS4) if you're having this issue on PC, you should probably turn down your settings so your GPU isn't taking in a huge load (no -blam!- content intended)
