Subject says it. Can put down banner but can't rally to it; no prompt appears. Every now and then it works but mostly not. Sometimes waiting for a while (like 20 seconds) seems to help (assuming nobody activates the next section), sometimes leaving the room and coming back in seems to help. This is bad enough on Normal but ridiculous on Master, when we are on the clock. Shouldn't have to provide video of this, just test it a few times and you'll see it.
