It was here at 1st...the need was reverted ...its still not great because it was never meant to be a big DPS weapons...which I don't understand why make a RL a add clear weapon

The Dev's have stated a few times recently they think they have pushed the power creep of destiny 2 to far & allow some unintentional nerfs to slide on through to tone down power creep. But with the same hand our of fear of new weapons and perks falling flat and looseing player interest to play "this or that" season they buff them. The best recent example of this is explosive light, on release it was 15%. Guess what thats hot trash for an already fringe weapon arc type so it got buffed to 25%. But heres the core issue its still worse then hazen or royal entry because over flow/autoloader with vorpal is still better. It does not take an experienced game designer to know that 2 rockets that bypass reloading w/15% static at all time damage boost beats out 1 rocket with a single trigger 25% damage boost. Even going foward with the proposed change of vorpal to 10% on heavy will still make RL of this season fall flat. [b]This is because Bungie makes changes based on in game analytics and data not testing, thats not a tin foil hat conspiracy thats a fact Bungie has declared many a time over.[/b]

So you mad at them for making balance when some weapon under perform?

Hardly mad at all, just pointing out that some weapons are not top tier and should be marketed as "The new ritual weapon is an easy to obtain tier 2 option" not "The new ritual RL is really good,give it a try"
