Yeah I've stated that in the post. They aren't replying to support tickets. I've had contact with others who also aren't getting responses and 5 weeks seems like an awful long time already. I know this is probably an automated response deal but I was just wondering if anyone knew what was up or had success through any other means. Thanks anyway

I got a reply yesterday to a ticket I'd put in on the 4th of October. I assumed it had been lost in the system, but they are working through them. Seems like they may just have a CRAZY volume of tickets and/or not enough staffing to get through them timely. To note: If I understand their system correctly, the system won't create a duplicate ticket for the same order number and instead adds the new ticket as an edit to the original. This effectively resets your place in the queue, and the support article on the store even mentions this. Given you resubmitted a couple of weeks ago, you're probably 4-5 weeks out again (depending on ticket volume). Good luck, guardian.

Yeah, the new store is currently denying me the ability to order the Techeun hoodie despite the fact that I'm [i]riding[/i] Eternal Recurrence. And my fiancé struggled something fierce to get her Splicer rewards ordered. It was really stubborn about actually verifying her email. We must have verified like 30 times before it worked. Once they get the bugs worked out, it'll be great. Until then? Not so much.

Another main concern I have with this wait is that since it has been so long, UPS has delisted the tracking number. I know have no proof it was returned to sender. This is extremely worrying because I can't prove anything went wrong now
