Hey team, not sure if this is the correct place on the forums to post but screw it.
So as the title says, Bungie Store is no longer shipping the Vault of Glass Raid Ring I purchased and are refusing to reply to any of my support tickets.
I purchased the VoG Ring during its available window and it was shipped in September. Shortly after I noticed on its tracking bumper that the package had be returned to sender. I made my first support ticket on the matter 5 weeks ago, asking what would be happening with my delivery.
I did not receive anything back from support so I filed another ticket 2 and a half weeks ago. Still no response. It has been so long since it was returned to sender that the shipping company has removed the tracking on it.
I have been in contact with Bungie Support in the past and it has never taken longer than 2 days to get a response. If anyone has any ideas to help or get in contact with someone from Bungie that would be greatly appreciated.
