Banshee's Loot Refresh Cycle Broken
It is my understanding that Banshee should be updating every Tuesday at normal reset. I am assuming once per week. But he also resets on Thursday's as well. Typically his loot is refreshing twice in a week and it's two days after the first. There seems to a bug in the loots refresh for Banshee.

I hope this isnt a bug. Its nice having multiple resets per week...more chance of good rolls.
