Hello, I am currently a Light D2, 1265 player with all quests completed. The second chance emblem available for free in bungie rewards that require you to complete two quests I did. However the emblem is not available and I would like to know if this is normal since I can not find any solution, no response from support despite many similar problems. If anyone can help me find the problem so that I can get it that will be nice.
