STURM CATALYST is not Completable
"With both Sturm and Drang equipped, defeat enemies to unlock this upgrade."
It's been using the Strum/Drang combo in both Pvp and Pve yet my progress hasn't change from 0%.
Also you can not masterwork DRANG pass 1 Stability.

i had 3 masterworked drangs, each with a different spec. now i have 3 level 1 drangs all with the same spec. drang got f'd up. too bad, that was my favorite sidearm
