If I utilize the mod Charge Harvester and Stacks on Stacks together, it does not consistently grant 2 stacks of Charged with Light. Sometimes it works; however, it often only grants 1 stack. In order to get it to work right again, I have to unequip and equip Charge Harvester for it to start working again. Once it starts granting 1 stack, it does not start granting 2 unless I go through the process of unequipping and equipping the mod. This is an issue when the content I am playing has a locked loadout and I am unable to make this change. I really see the potential of this combination; however, I am having to take multiple stat penalties for functions that may not work. It makes me have to choose to restart the locked loadout content again in hopes that the mod functions properly, just accept the stat penalties and be thankful when it works, or give up on the combination and try something else. I hope this is something that can be addressed.
