My son had the same issue, if you are good at crucible there will be people reporting you for anything. I think every match there are players who don't take damage (usually top of leader board) it's not the individuals fault, but how destiny servers work. But people blame connections where generally most people have sufficient connection these days. It's pretty poor they won't tell you why though.
