This is because the JUULS had been getting attention from minors and even shift away from the original intention of the JUUL. This is why I feel that flavored e-cigs are completely pointless and have no real reason of being sold, especially when minors are now getting them so easily. I go to a school where kids get their parents to buy it for them, yeah, sounds like stupid kids/parents, but this is happening, along with other strategies, all over the country.
