KILL FEED BUG
It has been 2 weeks since I've had a in game bug with my Kill feed not registering kills I've got in crucible, gambit and regular PVE/PVP, there is also an issue where I can not see my fire teams number of orbs being dropped.
Someone please help/fix this issue.

System is fully updated
Restarting the console does not help
